Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Learning and Engagement Manager who is responsible for leading Learning & Engagement excellence for Paradox Singapore, strengthening capability development, training governance, and employee engagement frameworks to ensure effective programme delivery, compliance adherence, strong employee experience, and alignment to organisational culture and sustainability priorities. The role also drives Global Learning & Engagement strategy and consistency across PHG/Corporate operations, providing oversight and partnership to overseas teams to ensure aligned learning standards, leadership development, engagement frameworks, compliance training, and data-driven insights that support a high-performing and connected workforce across markets. Responsibilities : Learning & Development Strategy & Planning Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify capability gaps across functional, technical, operational, and leadership domains Develop and manage the annual Learning Calendar, including compliance training, leadership development, and operational excellence programmes Design and implement bi-annual learning initiatives aligned with organizational priorities Programme Management & Delivery Oversee end-to-end training administration (registration, tracking, certification, and reporting) Facilitate training programmes globally, including: Diversity & Inclusion Brand Service Excellence Leadership development Develop and manage mentorship and coaching programmes for High-Potential talent and senior leaders Governance & Compliance Monitor mandatory training completion rates across countries and ensure full compliance Maintain consistent learning frameworks, standards, and policies across all properties Manage Learning & Engagement scorecards, including Future Leaders programme tracking Coordinate EXSA nominations and submissions (Singapore operations) Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes Partner with business leaders to implement targeted capability-building interventions Drive continuous improvement of learning initiatives based on data insights Financial & Operational Management Plan and manage the annual Learning & Engagement budget Ensure cost optimisation and effective utilisation of resources Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and resolve discrepancies Engagement & Internal Communications Employee Engagement Strategy Design and deliver engagement initiatives to enhance culture, employee experience, and retention Lead key programmes including: Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey (global) Quarterly Pulse Checks (Brand Values, Sustainability, Work Safety and Health etc.) Recognition and appreciation initiatives Events & Culture Building Organise and manage: Quarterly Singapore Townhall meetings Bi-annual Global Townhall sessions Company-wide engagement events (Dinner & Dance, festive celebrations, wellness programmes, team bonding, sustainability initiatives) Communication & Employer Branding Develop internal communication materials supporting learning campaigns and organisational updates Partner with leadership teams to strengthen communication, engagement, and employer branding Data & Insights Analyse engagement data and provide actionable recommendations to improve participation, morale, and retention Maintain dashboards and reporting for management review Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Collaborate with business leaders to align learning and engagement strategies with business goals Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless programme execution Provide strategic input to enhance organisational culture and employee experience Additional Responsibilities Undertake projects and assignments as directed by Corporate Management
