Sales Coordinator (Healthcare)

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Healthcare) to provide sales administration and operational support to our team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. Process sales orders, delivery orders, consignments, and case support arrangements accurately and promptly using SAP Business One (SAP B1). Update inventory records in SAP B1 and follow up on billing-related matters. Acknowledge customer purchase orders (POs) and coordinate timely processing. Arrange collection and delivery of homecare equipment and case support requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, delivery orders, consignments, and case-related documentation. Communicate with buyers to provide order updates and respond to queries. Coordinate with patients/caregivers regarding orders and collections. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Store teams, to ensure timely delivery and minimise discrepancies. Requirements Bilingual communication skills. Experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1) would be an advantage. Computer literate with good administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good working attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently. A strong team player with good communication skills. Willingness to work alternate Saturdays.
