Accountant (5-Month Contract)

Job Responsibilities Daily / Adhoc Check & review acct payable daily posting, checking of payments prepared by acct payable. Update and monitor cash book balance Fixed Asset (FA) – Maintain FA register / process of disposal of assets or non-assets submitted by user department / Asset Tagging. Maintain refurbishment project cost / documents. Updating of contract / license / insurance summary. Assist FC in budget preparation. Others task assigned by Financial Controller (FC). Monthly Preparing Journal Entries. Updating of Balance Sheet Reconciliation & follow up closely on all outstanding. Handling full sets of account for Office Block. Preparation of monthly reporting package (Hotel / Office Block / Consolidated). Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast to Corporate Finance. Update of actual expenses into 3 month Forecast File (For budget use). Quarterly Preparation of quarterly reporting package (For Corporate Finance). Yearly Preparation of Year End Closing. Budget Import for Hotel and Office Block. Liaise with tax agent on yearly income tax submission related matters. Ensure timely submission. Liaise with Auditors for all audit related matters.
