Bellman & Concierge

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join us as a Bellman & Concierge . This dual-role is essential in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure Assist with luggage handling and room escorting Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions Handle loyalty programme enrolments and VIP arrangements Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room moves Arrange transportation services (taxis, airport transfers, etc.) Ensure the lobby and driveway are clean, welcoming, and well-managed Communicate guest requests across departments effectively Uphold safety and security standards, including proper handling of guest belongings Support teammates during peak periods and special events
