Job title: Fund Operations Executive (Investments) (Job ID: 20232) - CK Location : Central Basic up to $7000 basic + AWS + VB Key Responsibilities: · Assist in back-office operations including but not limited to: · Perform trade position and PL reconciliation · Update PO and IPO · Prepare NAV repor · Generate estimated NAV · Perform checks on stock borrow, large shareholding, short position · Prepare FX hedge rollover or adjustment · Assist in administrative matters including but not limited to: · Expenses claims preparation · Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Director · Any other administrative matters Requirements: · Diploma and above · Minimum 1 year of working experience · Prefer experience in back-office operations at fund management company. · Good understanding of stocks and shares · Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) application Interested applicants please send your resume to Calista@pasona.com.sg with email subject header "Job Application for Fund Operations Executive (Investments) (Job ID: 20232) - CK ".
