Company: Industrial Components Provider Location: Central Position: Technical Sales Assistant Manager (20326) Role Purpose: Drive business growth by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding new business opportunities and leading complex technical sales engagements. Besides achieving personal sales targets, the Assistant Manager is expected to develop territory strategies, manage key accounts and contribute to business planning. Job Description: Business Development & Sales Develop new business, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales, gross profit, and customer acquisition targets. Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, negotiate, and manage sales opportunities using Salesforce CRM. Develop territory growth strategies and drive key commercial opportunities. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key customers, grow existing accounts, and provide responsive sales support. Technical Solution Selling Recommend technical solutions, conduct product presentations, and collaborate with Product Management and Operations to support customer needs. Support complex solution proposals and mentor junior sales team members. Market Intelligence & Collaboration Monitor market trends and competitor activities, share customer insights, and work closely with internal teams to support business growth and continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 6–8 years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, machinery or engineering components. Strong business development and relationship management skills.
