Job ID: 20330 Working Hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm Location: Jurong East Salary: up to $6,000 (Depending on experiences) Job Description Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, working with hiring managers on manpower requirements, candidate selection, offers and commencement. • Coordinate employee lifecycle matters, including confirmation, transfer, promotion, changes of position, bonus finalisation, resignation and termination documentation. Employee Relations, Industrial Relations & HR Advisory • Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, workplace investigations, performance concerns, redundancy processes and Flexible Work Arrangement applications. • Advise the General Manager and line managers on the Employment Act, company policies and employee matters, and provide day-to-day guidance to the HR Operations Executive. • Provide assistant to management on industrial relations and union matters involving union, including Collective Agreement administration, interpretation and renewal. Payroll Governance, Performance & Development • Conduct an independent review of monthly payroll, overtime, exceptional payments and tax submissions before Management approval; support compensation and benefits governance. • Administer performance appraisals and support promotion, employee development, orientation, training and HR communication initiatives. Policies, Reporting & Team Support • Review HR policies and SOPs, prepare management reports and workforce analysis, and support labour budgeting, audits and compliance reviews. • Provide cross-coverage for critical HR operations and handle urgent or time-sensitive HR matters assigned by management. • Ad hoc Project Job Requirement • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. • At least 7 years of broad HR generalist experience in Singapore, including recruiting, practical employee relations and HR advisory experience. • Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, engineering, plant or unionised environment would be highly advantageous, together with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and fair employment practices, with experience advising managers and senior management. • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, performance management and payroll review; InfoTech and Whyze system experience would be advantageous. • Integrity • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Able to work independently and take a hands-on approach to daily HR operations. • Promote the corporate innovation (operational, cultural) with a HRBP perspective Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to Joanne (R21101135) Joanne@pasona.com.sg with the email subject header " Job Application for "20330, HR Leader (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Development)".
