Teacher Aide (Primary School / Secondary School)

The Teacher Aide will assist teachers in creating a conducive learning environment, preparing materials adapted to student needs, and guiding students during and after lessons. Responsibilities also include supporting holistic student development through relationship building, assisting with individualized goal planning, and implementing behavioral plans under supervision. Candidates must have a minimum of GCE O level and no prior experience is required as training will be provided. Essential qualities include a passion for learning about autism, good verbal and written English communication skills, and strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
