Marketing & Operations Executive

Every rescued dog has a story. Help us tell it. Paws for Cause is a self-funded Singapore dog rescue dedicated to giving abandoned and rescued dogs from high kill shelters (located outside of Singapore) to give them a second chance at life. We're looking for someone who is equal parts marketer, organiser and animal lover. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. What you’ll be doing Marketing & Content: Plan and create engaging content, manage social media, grow our online community, and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoptions. Events & Community: Organise and support adoption drives, fundraising events, partnerships, and volunteer activities. Rescue Operations: Spend time with our rescue dogs by visiting them in quarantine, taking them for walks, capturing their stories, and supporting rescue logistics. Administration & Project Management: Manage enquiries, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and support the smooth running of our rescue and relocation operations. In short, you'll be someone who can think strategically, create compelling stories, keep projects moving, and isn't afraid to swap the laptop for a leash when the dogs need you. Our ideal person We're looking for someone who Loves dogs and genuinely believes in animal welfare. Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities. Has good written and verbal communication skills. Enjoys creating content and has a good eye for photography or videography. Is familiar with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Is comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools Has video editing experience Is proactive, resourceful and willing to learn. Doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when needed. We can teach skillsets, what we can't teach is heart.
