Key Responsibilities Operations & Financial Management: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Drive revenue growth and optimize operating costs to consistently meet or exceed financial targets. Manage inventory control, place timely orders for retail and professional supplies, and oversee client databases and appointment scheduling. Manage contract laborers, payroll, and staff schedules. Team Leadership & Development: Lead the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, motivating, evaluating, and directing staff. Conduct interviews and onboard top-tier talent to strengthen the team. Facility & Ambiance Maintenance: Ensure the facility maintains a high standard of tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene. Guarantee that all beauty equipment is in safe, optimal working order. Cultivate a tranquil, aesthetically appealing, and relaxing atmosphere that aligns with our brand's luxury and wellness standards. Customer Experience: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, handling client inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven, relevant working experience within the beauty or wellness industry. Leadership: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills with a track record of driving performance. Industry Knowledge: Deeply up-to-date with current cosmetic trends, beauty treatments, and makeup products. Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service abilities and conflict-resolution skills. Professionalism: Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with industry standards.
