With deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, observability, and cloud security, you’ve driven operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance across multi-agency cloud operations. Your leadership spans both hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams. 🔧 Key Responsibilities & Achievements: 🛠 Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Designed and maintained Terraform-based IaC for scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple government agencies. Transitioned existing cloud resources into Terraform-managed states, ensuring consistent and auditable deployments. Utilized Terragrunt to streamline modular infrastructure provisioning. 🤖 Automation & DevOps Developed automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Implemented CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy for seamless cloud resource updates.
