Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to take ownership of our mission-critical data center, Sever rooms or cloud environments. This is not a "help desk" role. You will be at the heart of our operations, working directly with high-end technologies like CyberArk PAM, Veeam Data Backup, and complex Hyper-V clusters . Infrastructure Hardening: Lead security efforts by implementing CIS hardening on Windows Server 2022 and RHEL, ensuring our environment stays secure and compliant. Advanced Virtualization: Manage and optimize Hyper-V cluster setups, vNICs, and vSwitches to ensure maximum resource availability. Innovation & Automation: We value proactivity. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key technical point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly. What You Bring Hands-on Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data center infrastructure, specifically with Hyper-V, Windows Server, RHEL, CyberArk PAM, and Veeam . Technical Proficiency: Strong background in Hyper-V cluster management, GPO deployment, and CIS hardening. Versatility: Familiarity with AWS environments and ITIL frameworks for incident and change management. Networking Foundations: Solid grasp of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs). The "Plus" Factors: Knowledge of BMC Control-M and firewall/switch administration is highly regarded. Certifications: Microsoft Certified (Windows Server) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a major plus, as is an ITIL Foundation certification.
