Job Summary Provide facial and wellness treatments while maintaining salon cleanliness. Advise clients on skincare products and manage customer requests and complaints professionally. Responsibilities Perform face spa massages to enhance client relaxation and skin health Advise clients on appropriate skincare products based on their skin type and concerns Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and salon areas to ensure a safe environment Manage customer requests and complaints with professionalism and effective communication Collaborate with team members to support salon operations and client satisfaction Work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Specialized skills in facial and skincare Knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare products Possession of certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC, or WSQ is an advantage Demonstrate a positive personality, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team
