Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager – Corporate Finance for one of our clients in the oil and gas downstream sector to support senior management in executing a range of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financing, capital market issuances, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and investments. The role offers exposure to global capital markets and collaboration with international advisors, investors, and lenders. What We Offer Exposure to corporate finance and global capital markets. Cross-border teamwork with regional offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and China. Key Responsibilities Prepare professional presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents for financing and strategic transactions. Develop detailed financial projections, debt models, and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable, precedent). Participate in and lead discussions and negotiations with lenders, investors, and other financial partners. Collaborate with internal business leaders and operational teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects and transactions. Provide financial and accounting support for new projects and investments within the Group. Requirements Technical Skills Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparable analysis, scenario modelling). Skilled in creating impactful presentations and investment materials. Solid foundation in accounting principles and corporate finance concepts. Experience Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, green energy, or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record in structuring, executing, and concluding financing transactions. Strong exposure to banking, capital markets, and financial institutions. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accountancy, or Financial Management. Professional qualifications such as CPA / CA preferred. CFA charterholder or candidates in progress will be an advantage. Soft Skills Results-driven and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel up to 20–30% as required.
