For an upcoming drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore, Peak Ocean is assembling an owner-side PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced E&I Inspector to serve as a Client Representative in this role. The Role: Client Representative — E&I Inspector Inspection As part of the Peak Ocean PMT, you will act strictly in the client's interest, reporting to the Senior/Lead Electrical Inspector. Your mission is to provide day-to-day inspection coverage across both electrical and instrumentation installation work, ensuring quality and specification compliance across the combined E&I scope. Conduct combined electrical and instrumentation inspection of installation work, including cable routing, terminations, and field device installation. Verify installation workmanship against approved E&I drawings and specifications. Monitor daily E&I inspection logs, instrument calibration certificates, loop checks, and contractor routine operations. Verify the closeout of E&I punch-list items and raise non-conformances where work does not meet specification. Report inspection findings and progress daily to the Senior/Lead Electrical Inspector. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of combined E&I inspection experience in offshore/marine fabrication or shipyard construction. Working knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation standards and drawings. Familiarity with hazardous area installation requirements is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and clear, factual reporting skills.
