Front Desk Officer

PEAK360 is located at The Central @ Clarke Quay. We are about 8,000sqft, a gym operating daily from 7am - 10pm. The Front Desk Officer at a gym serves as the first point of contact for members and potential members. They play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and friendly environment that encourages regular gym usage and member retention. Job Description: 1. Greet and assist visitors. 2. Manage incoming calls, walk-ins and handle enquiries. 3. Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, handling email and the POS system. 4. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for data entry, document preparation, and communication. 5. Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously. 6. Solve problems effectively and escalate issues as needed. 7. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
