Warehouse Manager

Job Duties: Establish warehouse strategies, plans and activities that support organization's objectives. Able to identify and implement solutions in warehousing Optimizing warehouse operation and driving value creation for both clients and company Maximize inventory accuracies through maintaining close lines with different functional groups . Execution of cycle count program and resolving any inventory variances. Ensure optimal warehouse space optimization Take an active role in site workload planning and volume forecasting (i.e. staffing, equipment, space) Drive logistics process improvement initiatives Ensure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained. Requirements: Min Diploma preferably in Supply Chain Management Proficiency in Warehouse Management System Min 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding Industry Min 5 years managerial experience in warehousing management Good people management skill
