Senior Wag Gymnastics Coach

Job Title: Senior WAG Coach Job Purpose The Senior WAG Gymnastics Coach will lead, develop and be accountable for the mid levels Gymnastics pathway at The Yard. The role carries responsibility for: Mentoring, developing the current mid levels WAG team Establishing a culture built on technical excellence, athlete welfare, and long-term athlete development Acting as the liaison between coaches, athletes, parents and the competitive leadership team Talent identification from the recreational program The position will also play a key role in promoting The Yard as a regional centre of excellence for WAG, working with marketing and membership teams to increase participation and retention at all levels of the pathway.
