About the Role We are looking for an experienced, driven 360-degree Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant. This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building client relationships from the ground up, and wants to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement. What You'll Be Doing Manage the full recruitment cycle — business development, client management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement Proactively develop new client relationships while nurturing and growing existing accounts Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across your specialization(s) Provide market insights and advisory support to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, professional process Collaborate with internal teams (HR operations, EOR, payroll) to support broader client needs Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team billing targets Mentor and support junior consultants where applicable (for Principal Consultant level) What We're Looking For Minimum 5-7 years of proven 360-degree recruitment experience (agency-side preferred) Strong track record of business development and billings Established client base with minimum SGD 200,000 and above sales per annum. Established network and/or experience within a specific industry vertical (e.g., banking & finance, technology, engineering, healthcare, supply chain, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Regional recruitment experience (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam) is an advantage What We Offer Attractive base salary with a competitive, uncapped commission structure Regional client portfolio with genuine growth opportunities across Southeast Asia.
