Payroll Officer (Marine Crew, Up To $5500)

Location: Pasir Panjang Permanent position 5 days work week Salary: up to $5500 with good bonuses Job Responsibilities: Process payroll for crew members (700-1000 headcount) accurately and on time Verify timesheets, allowances, and overtime claims Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime regulations Maintain payroll records and crew data Handle payroll queries from crew and internal stakeholders Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and audits Liaise with manning agents and vessels on payroll matters Requirements: Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in crew payroll processing Familiar with maritime payroll practices Proficient in Excel and payroll systems Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines If interested, please submit your updated resume in Word format by using the Apply button.
