Bookstore Retail Executive (Buona Vista) Up To $2,700

Responsibilities: · Support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store · Lead and supervise casuals to ensure smooth retail operations and excellent customer service · Manage point-of-sale(POS) transactions, credit card and digital payments, while ensuring accurate daily reconciliation. · Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and liaise with suppliers · Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions · Maintain accurate updates in POS and inventory systems · Support visual merchandising and retail campaigns to enhance store presentation and sales Requirements: · At least 1 year of retail operations experience · Familiar with POS systems, cashiering, and inventory management · Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) · Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills · Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
