This role serves as a key point of contact for end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and business systems. · The successful candidate will be involved in infrastructure operations, cloud initiatives, end-user support, technology deployment projects, and digital transformation activities. This position offers exposure to a diverse technology environment encompassing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and remote operations. Key Responsibilities · Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, service requests, and incident resolution. · Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across hardware, software, and cloud platforms. · Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance. · Participate in infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects. · Support network, server, endpoint, and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver technology initiatives. · Maintain IT documentation, procedures, asset records, and technical standards. · Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and compliance requirements. · Support remote sites and operational locations where required. · Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
