Senior Pharmacist (Ph03)

Senior Pharmacist (PH03) Job duties & responsibilities: • Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education to patients and caregivers • Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy • Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy • Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants • Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Job requirements: • Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) • Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council • Clinical practice experience of at least 5 to 8 years • Possess PHI experience Please submit your updated resume in Word format by using the Apply Now Button.
