About this role

US MNC in Tuas area 5 days work week 1 year contract with full benefits Salary: $4500 - $5500 per month Responsibilities Track and review all incoming orders, ensuring that all technical and commercial details are correct for order processing. Process all orders timely and accurately into the ERP system. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of orders. Expedite orders to meet customers requirements. Acknowledge customers orders timely and ensure a high level of responsiveness to customers requests. Review all backlog orders on hand and proactively escalate potential late orders to stakeholders/higher management to mitigate risks on late deliveries or non-performance. Forecast all backlog orders and ensure monthly forecast targets are met. Respond to all customers enquiries timely. Handle, manage and escalate customers complaints and escalation. Work with sales closely to manage customers accounts. Feedback on customers needs and requests. Work with customers on their credit hold issues to clear roadblocks for shipments release and delivery. Comply to company rules and policies on all businesses (Trade and Intercompany) Ensure all record retention. Prepare presentations and participate in business meetings. Requirements Diploma / bachelors degree in supply chain / Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent At least 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment Microsoft Office and ERP System Knowledge on international trade compliance rules and regulations. English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Independent and able to work with minimal supervision. Possess sense of urgency and good time management Possess good problem-solving skills! Able to handle customers of different cultures. Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
