Customer Service Officer (Mnc / Warehouse)

Industry: Logistics MNC Environment Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus + Overtime) Responsibilities: Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Submit reports promptly in accordance with established customer schedules. Investigate root causes of operational incidents and service failures; provide recommendations to Customer Service Managers and Management for improvements. Liaise closely with customers to resolve order or shipment-related issues and provide regular updates. Conduct cycle counts as scheduled and maintain proper documentation for audit trail purposes. Reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory management within the customer’s WMS system. Complete all billing activities promptly and accurately, supported by the necessary documentation. Collate and compute monthly KPI reports, ensuring consistency and reliability. Achieve and maintain KPI targets, while proactively suggesting improvements when necessary.
