About this role

Responsibilities: Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps. Leading end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short and long‑term business objectives. Provide insights on talent availability and market trends. Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in talent attraction and selection by applying best-practices strategies to improve diversity in hiring and internal mobility. Involve in TA projects and initiatives, including but not limited to talent branding, career fairs, process improvement and STEM outreach efforts. Deliver exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices, facilitate/lead debrief sessions and support data-driven hiring decisions. Manage expectations from stakeholders and timelines with proactive communication. Requirements: Minimum 6 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably with a combination of agency and corporate experience including experience recruiting technology and engineering focused talent. Strong in direct sourcing, especially sourcing from regional/global talent data base to attract passive candidates. Track record of recruiting diverse roles in both complexity, difficulty and volume. Experience developing sourcing strategies, data-driven recruitment and the ability to use data to drive recruitment strategy Excellent communication skill, able to positively influence at different levels of an organization up to senior levels, and to develop valued relationships with managers and candidates Strong ownership and drive to meet and exceed the goals, learning mindset, good team player, resilience, adaptable and Agile.
