HR Generalist (1 Year Contract, Up To $7K)

Key Responsibilities Support recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding processes. Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records. Assist with performance appraisal, salary review, bonus, and manpower planning activities. Provide HR support and answer employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures. Organise employee engagement activities and support company culture initiatives. Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on HR matters. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience. Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. Exposure to performance management, compensation & benefits, or learning & development is an added advantage.
