Logistics Analyst

Industry: Logistics Conducive Working Environment Location: East Responsibilities: Support operational readiness, scalability, and continuous improvement through project coordination, data analytics, process improvement, and digitalisation initiatives. Manage NPI, system implementation, and continuous improvement projects to support operational excellence and business growth. Lead special projects, process design and deployment (PDD/DPD)initiatives, and operational transformation programmes. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to support project governance and decision-making. Support customer engagement activities, governance meetings, and business reviews through timely reporting and project updates. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalisation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in project management, operations excellence, continuous improvement, business analytics, or supply chain operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard development tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, or other automation and reporting tools will be an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
