Finance Executive (Ap,Gl)

Job Responsibilities: Accounts Payable, General Ledger and costing functions. Accounts Payable function (Main) Checking/auditing/follow up of employee expense claims Matching/validating/booking of all suppliers including interco/intraco invoices/credit notes Prepare journals for allocation of supplier invoices (Singtel, CWT, Cabcharge) Liaise with internal stakeholders (eg. Supply chain, procurement, employees) on claims or supplier related issues as and when necessary General Ledger and costing function Prepare journals for standard accruals, subsequent reversals of accruals Monitor and release to P&L on expenses charged to Prepayment accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules Monitor and management employees on their hours clocking submission in the system Support team in cost centre reporting Other support activities Assist and support team in providing information requested by external auditor and JSOX auditor Backup team member as and when needed Job qualifications and requirements: Diploma, major in Finance and Accounting At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger Proficient in ERP system such as SAPbyDesign is a plus Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel Team player, self-driven, keen attention to detail An analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with strong sense of integrity and responsibility 1 year renewable contract with full benefits + completion bonus MNC near Macpherson MRT JOB-00680 All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
