Senior/ Relationship Manager (Hire Purchase Loans)

Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements. Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions. Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, legal advisors, and product specialists to structure complex loan transactions. Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage credit risk effectively. Provide timely and accurate financial advice and support to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting loan products. Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Handle any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans. Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore’s financial market. In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land & Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
