US MNC @ Tuas 1 year contract subject to renewal Salary: up to $3500 x 12 months Role Summary: Supporting the administrative work for the service team, working with the Fulfilment Manager, Business Analyst, Sales leaders, and Training Manager. Essential Responsibilities:- Managing the Service Team asset - Calibration planning and keeping track of Field Service Equipment& assets. Supporting the Field Engineers in documentation for site entry Support and coordinate with the training manager for customer training. Supporting Business Analyst in PO booking Supporting Business Analyst in document check and filing of service projects. Raise and track purchase requests for external and internal buyouts. Coordinate with engineers to receive/send spare parts (logistics). Assisting engineers in raising warranty requests to the factory. Other Ad-hoc task.
