Summary Work location in CBD Budget up to $4,000 plus Variable Bonus 5 day week Job Description - Support the Building Manager in all aspects of the building maintenance. - Ensure smooth operations in areas of preventive maintenance schedule, performance of all service contractors. - Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems. - Conduct regular inspections, identify building defects/ irregularities and submit recommendations for necessary rectification/ improvement works to the Building Manager - Ensure all property management services rendered are in accordance with contract terms and conditions. - Ensure proper documentation prior to handling over/ taking over of premises to/ from tenants. - Develop and maintain effective landlord/ tenant relationships, improve service delivery and communication, maintaining high quality of service standards. - Attend to tenant’s requests and complaints on matter relating to the management and maintenance. - Solicit quotation from contractors for repairs, renovations and maintenance works.
