Senior Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of our trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for financial technology. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-performance trading applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a trading or financial environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Experience with database management and optimization. Familiarity with low-latency systems and high-frequency trading concepts is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
