Job Summary Join Peranakan Mansion as a Museum Ambassador and Assistant to deliver engaging 5-star quality tours and visitor services, and manage daily museum operations, creating memorable cultural experiences for diverse guests. Responsibilities Greet and engage visitors warmly to ensure a welcoming and enriching museum experience Lead guided tours sharing Peranakan history, traditions, and stories after completing training Set up, support, and conduct workshops, events, and activities, including performing light cleaning after sessions Manage visitor services such as dress-up and photography to enhance guest participation and enjoyment Perform ticketing, cashier duties, merchandise sales, and basic housekeeping to support smooth daily operations Multitask efficiently across guest services and operational tasks to maintain seamless museum flow Collaborate proactively with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment Adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends, public holidays, peak periods, and occasional extended hours Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate interest in heritage, history, and local culture Communicate confidently with diverse visitor groups to ensure clear understanding and enjoyment Familiarity with Peranakan or Chinese culture is a plus but not required
