Contract: 1 year (Renewable Contract) Working Location: Changi Airport Working Hours: Mon-Thurs (8am-5:30pm) & Fri (8am-5pm) Salary: $4000 to $4500 Job Responsibilities: Efficiently managing all claims or incidents that may occur in the Airport Reviewing documents and investigating all claims/incidents including assisting business units with their investigations Advising business units on best course of action to manage claims/incidents and assisting with negotiating a suitable resolution to the matter Managing timely reporting of incidents/claims/potential claims to company’s insurers Drafting and issuing the relevant correspondence to external parties on all claim-related matters Establishing and regularly updating company’s internal dashboard of claims and other contentious matters, both by and against third parties Supporting the company’s Legal & Compliance team on other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal administration, claims management, compliance, or dispute resolution would be advantageous Good understanding of claims handling, legal documentation, and investigation processes Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally If you are interested, please submit your application here.
