Location: Ang Mo Kio Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 6pm Salary Range: $4000 to $6000 Job Responsibilities: Support daily sales operations by coordinating administrative activities and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in accordance with customer requirements and submission deadlines Manage customer and vendor onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and account setup Administer sales contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain and update customer, vendor, pricing, and sales data in Salesforce and SAP systems Generate sales reports, forecasts, performance dashboards, and business analysis to support management decision-making Monitor tender status, contract renewals, and project milestones to ensure timely follow-up and execution Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to facilitate order processing and customer fulfilment Ensure proper documentation, record management, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, tender administration, or a similar role Experience handling tender submissions and contract administration is an advantage Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP If you are interested, please submit your application here.
