Working Arrangement Contract duration: Until End October 2026 Monday – Friday: 08:30am – 06:00pm Location: East - near to Changi Airport Key Responsibilities Support data migration and system implementation activities. Handle large datasets and spreadsheets for data validation and verification. Perform data cleansing, pre-load and post-load checks. Verify migrated data against Excel source files. Conduct reconciliation work to ensure completeness and accuracy of data. Compare data across systems and identify discrepancies. Assist in resolving data issues and maintaining data integrity. Support project activities leading up to the planned go-live in early October. Requirements Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). Comfortable working with large volumes of data and performing detailed data checks. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Prior experience in data verification, reconciliation, or data migration projects is advantageous. Experience with SAP HANA would be an added advantage. Candidates with Finance or Accounting knowledge are preferred, as the reconciliation work will be easier to relate to and understand. Training will be provided for data comparison processes if required.
