Requirement: Experienced and ability to perform the required tasks below: 10+ years in capital markets, securities operations, Markets technology, business analysis or data analysis within banking. Lead end-to-end analysis for the Regional Data Warehouse, focusing on trading and securities data, mapping, controls and testing Translating trading and securities processes into business and data requirements Bridge product knowledge with requirements, source-to-target mappings, data controls, reconciliations and testing. Defining data mappings, controls, and testing deliverables Supporting the Regional Data Warehouse implementation Design reconciliations between Murex, integration outputs, the Regional Data Warehouse and downstream risk, finance, operations and reporting systems. Mapping and migrating data from legacy or proprietary systems to packaged capital-markets platforms (preferably Murex), including data profiling, field crosswalks, transformation/code-conversion rules, data cleansing, historical-data treatment, reconciliation, mock migrations and cutover validation. Experience with Murex data structures, interfaces, extracts or Datamart outputs and Murex-related reconciliation/defect analysis. Murex implementation, upgrade, migration, integration, data-warehouse or regulatory-reporting experience is desirable. Produce BRDs/FRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, decision logs and issue logs. Data analysis which included field-level mapping, legacy-to-package crosswalks, data lineage, transformation and code-conversion rules, authoritative sources, critical data elements and logical/physical models. Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression, migration rehearsals, production validation, defect triage, cutover and hypercare/go live. SQL for profiling and validation; experience with database extracts, files, APIs, XML/JSON or batch/event interfaces.
