Patient Service Associate | Healthcare

As a Patient Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to patients and their families, while upholding the organization's commitment to providing trusted and quality healthcare services. Key responsibilities Register patients promptly and ensure all personal and medical information is accurately entered into the system Verify and update corporate, insurance, government, and other direct billing arrangements in the system Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately, and coordinate timely follow-ups with patients, doctors, and relevant departments Attend to enquiries, manage incoming calls, and relay important messages to the appropriate personnel for follow-up Maintain proper filing of reports and documents, while ensuring referral and follow-up appointments are tracked and completed in accordance with established procedures Ensure all clinical entries made by doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel are accurately reflected in the billing and services provided Prepare and verify patient bills to ensure compliance with contractual and billing requirements Collect and process the necessary documents and payments Perform end-of-day closing procedures, ensuring daily reports reconcile accurately with cash collections and cashless transactions About you Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Open to shift work arrangement across Monday to Sunday Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
