Property Manager - Cluster (Up To $7200 | 1 Year Contract | West)

COMMERCIAL/RETAIL BUILDINGS Working hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours Contract: 1 year, convertible. Salary: Up to $7,200 Location: Main Office in Tai Seng with Site Office in West Area, Manage a Team of 4 Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily property and facilities operations, ensuring services are delivered in compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular property checking and coordinate upgrading and improvement works to maintain building standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving escalated issues and coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy-related matters. Manage rental administration, including rent collection, expense monitoring, lease compliance, and tenant billing reconciliation. Prepare budgets, monitor operational expenses, and produce monthly performance reports with variance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient building operations and service delivery. Maintain accurate property documentation and support compliance, audits, and reporting requirements. Lead and support the onsite facilities team, promoting high service standards and continuous operational improvement. Perform other property management and administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience . Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Experience in managing a cluster of buildings, preferably commercial or industrial, multi tenants buildings. Must have experience in doing budgeting, hand over and takeover of units Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook . Experience in managing landlord building or as a landlord representative dealing with tenants is advantageous A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
