Responsibilities: Support the relationship manager in managing a portfolio of corporate clients, handling financial analysis and client inquiries efficiently. Conduct KYC checks diligently, ensuring adherence to compliance procedures and reporting as per established frameworks. Perform research on cash management case studies to identify industry trends and enhance cross-border settlement solutions. Address customer transactional queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department. Requirement: Recognized bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing corporate banking relationships , with prior exposure to cash management products preferred. Strong knowledge of cash management products. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
