Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of highly secure, scalable architectures across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Define security blueprints and ensure all technical deployments adhere to enterprise security standards. Architect and mandate end-to-end ransomware defense strategies. Design immutable storage and secure data protection frameworks utilizing Huawei OceanStor (Primary Storage), OceanProtect (Backup), and OceanCyber (Data Security Appliance) ecosystems. Implement critical defensive capabilities including WORM (Write Once Read Many) file systems, Secure Snapshots, and physical/logical Air-Gap isolation—managed through OceanCyber's unified security policies—to guarantee zero data manipulation and rapid business recovery. Integrate storage-layer security with enterprise SOC operations. Architect solutions that leverage machine-learning-based I/O anomaly detection and ransomware interception (native to advanced storage solutions like OceanStor and OceanCyber) at the foundational data tier before threats propagate. Architect and enforce a comprehensive Zero Trust framework. Design advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to minimize attack surfaces and prevent lateral movement in complex network topologies. Translate stringent regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRM guidelines on data recoverability and cyber resilience, CSA Cybersecurity Strategy) into automated, code-level security controls and storage architecture mandates. Drive threat modeling exercises (e.g., STRIDE) for new product architectures. Integrate robust security gates into the CI/CD pipeline, enforcing "Security as Code" without disrupting engineering velocity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the cyber security and privacy field, with a proven track record of conducting risk assessments and managing risk mitigations. Professional security or infrastructure certifications (such as CISSP, CISA, or Huawei HCIE) are highly preferred. Extensive hands-on experience and a proven track record in enterprise security architecture will be strongly considered in lieu of formal certifications. Expert knowledge and experience in Cyber Security and Privacy laws & regulations within the APAC region. Extensive experience in cloud security assessment and audit, with the ability to proactively identify security risks in service processes and provide actionable improvement suggestions. Strong technical understanding in areas of Platform Security, Data Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Network Security, Physical Security, Security Assessment Tools, and Security Monitoring Tools. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing enterprise data resilience and anti-ransomware storage architectures, specifically utilizing Huawei OceanStor, OceanProtect, and OceanCyber platforms. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to initiate transformation, collaborate effectively, and influence stakeholders across the business.
