About this role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The role will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, partnering with business stakeholders, managing recruitment operations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality talent across technical and non-technical functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, possesses strong stakeholder management skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for research and engineering positions. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights to stakeholders. Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment events. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations. Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and optimize hiring processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within technology, R&D, or multinational environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with recruitment systems and sourcing platforms. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
