Project Executive (Kallang | Interior Design | Up4500)

Working hours : 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday Salary : $ 3500 - $ 4500 + performance bonus Nearest MRT: Bendemeer / Lavendar Job Scope: Prepared drawings using AutoCAD to support project planning. Assisted with colour scheme selection and coordination with clients. Verified quantities and layouts for project accuracy. Supported procurement by placing orders and tracking project materials. Prepared handover documents and checklists for project completion. Monitored project timelines and progress to ensure work stayed on schedule. Coordinated with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support project execution. Conducted site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards were met. Attended site and coordination meetings to support project updates. Performed ad-hoc administrative and project support tasks as required.
