Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments. Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self-service kiosks and waiting areas. Ensure the clinic is fully prepared to receive the first patient 15 minutes before scheduled start. Support appointment coordination for both new and follow-up visits. Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth and efficient consultations. Monitor patient wait times and keep them informed proactively. Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE ‘N’ Level certification, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using basic IT tools and systems.
