Responsibilities: • Assisted with patient registration and administrative duties. • Coordinated surgery schedules, appointments, and patient documentation. • Liaised with nurses, doctors, and ward staff to ensure smooth patient flow. • Handled phone calls, enquiries, and basic customer service. • Updated patient records and provided general support for daily OT operations. Requirements: • GCE N Level and above or with relevant experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Customer service-oriented and able to work well in a team.
