Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough TCM consultations to evaluate patient health conditions. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing acupuncture, tuina, cupping, and other TCM modalities. Prescribe herbal medications accurately and offer comprehensive guidance on their use and effects. Address patient inquiries regarding medications, treatment progress, and general TCM-related questions with empathy and professionalism. Actively pursue continuous learning and suggest innovative, technology-enhanced therapies to improve patient outcomes. Perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) to enhance overall patient health and wellness. Mentor and supervise junior physicians and interns, supporting their professional development and monitoring their progress. Conduct internal training sessions, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster continuous improvement within the clinical team. Participate in corporate webinars and seminars to represent the organization effectively. Carry out additional medical duties as assigned to support clinic objectives. Job Requirements: Registration as a Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore (TCMPB). Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or a related discipline, along with recognized postgraduate qualifications in TCM. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in TCM.
