Work hours: Permanent night shift, Candidates must be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shift: Shift pattern: Work 3 Days → Off 2 Days Work 2 Days → Off 3 Days (3-2-2-3 pattern) Shift Timing: (Break time: 45 minutes meal break (unpaid) and a 30 minutes rest break (paid)) Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM Responsibilities Conduct process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to achieve target yield, cycle time, and quality Oversee product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards Monitor production yield, identify discrepancies, perform process mapping, and implement immediate containment measures Analyze data queries to provide actionable insights for engineering teams Manage key operational variables to maintain sustainable and controlled processes Collaborate with engineers to meet production goals while upholding quality standards Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency sustainably Undertake additional tasks to support team and organizational objectives Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in manufacturing processes, especially process setup, buyoff, and mapping Experience in failure analysis Strong data querying and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenging assignments Open-minded approach with a consistently positive work attitude To apply, simply click "APPLY" and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) through GO, the official PERSOL job application platform.
