Lead AI Engineer (12 Months Contract)

Responsibilities: Build customer-facing AI applications powered by leading LLMs such as Claude, GPT, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models Architect and optimize advanced RAG, Hybrid RAG, Agentic RAG, and Graph RAG solutions Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI applications and knowledge systems Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, tools, and enterprise connectors Evaluate AI model performance using observability and evaluation frameworks, improving accuracy, grounding, relevance, and response quality Implement prompt engineering strategies, tool calling, structured outputs, workflow orchestration, and AI memory management Deploy AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments using modern DevOps and LLMOps practices Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions Requirement: ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field ✔ 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions ✔ Proven experience building and deploying Agentic AI and Generative AI applications ✔ Strong programming expertise in: Python Java Oracle/SQL Hands-on experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI AI Application Development API Integration Data Engineering Preferred Technical Expertise Agentic AI & LLM Ecosystem LangChain LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen Semantic Kernel MCP (Model Context Protocol) A2A (Agent-to-Agent Communication) Retrieval & Knowledge Systems RAG / Hybrid RAG Graph RAG Knowledge Graphs Neo4j Elasticsearch Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB, FAISS) Model Engineering Hugging Face LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT Open-source model fine-tuning vLLM Ollama Model evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval, LangSmith, TruLens, Promptfoo) Cloud & AI Infrastructure Azure AI Foundry AWS Bedrock Google Vertex AI Docker Kubernetes CI/CD Pipelines Responsible AI & Security AI Governance Prompt Injection Protection AI Safety & Guardrails Responsible AI Practices Data Privacy & Security Interested candidates, who wish to apply for the above position, please send your resume to mohamed.basith@persolapac.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
