CRM Assistant Manager (1 Year)

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth. Manage customer journeys, segmentation, automated communications, and CRM activities using Salesforce platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver CRM initiatives and system enhancements. Conduct UAT, monitor campaign performance, and leverage customer insights to optimise CRM effectiveness. Support a seamless omnichannel customer experience through data-driven CRM strategies. Requirements Minimum 5 years of CRM experience, preferably in the retail/B2C industry. Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, loyalty programmes, customer lifecycle management, and personalised marketing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Loyalty Cloud and Service Cloud experience is advantageous. Experience managing CRM campaigns, projects, and UAT. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
